Our concierge will call your gift recipient on the date you choose to confirm the delivery address or to apologize on your behalf if you are late for a gift or not sure it will arrive on the appointed day. Our concierge adds a human touch from France, arousing your gift recipient’s curiosity or following up for your recipient’s feedback. She saves lives quite often ;-).
Our concierge will contact your gift recipient by telephone from France on your selected date between 8 am and 5 pm GMT, from Monday to Friday. The content of the gift is not revealed unless you ask us to, and upon request you may stay anonymous to enhance the surprise. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your gift recipient has been contacted. A same-day concierge call must be scheduled before 5 pm GMT.
