Embrace the auspicious spirit of the Lunar New Year of the Horse with zChocolat’s Traditional assortment. This special edition, celebrating the Year of the Horse from February 17th, 2026 to February 5th, 2027, unites the timeless refinement of French chocolate artistry with the powerful symbolism of Chinese tradition.
Each creation in this assortment showcases zChocolat’s iconic recipes, presented in a setting that evokes energy, success, and forward momentum. The collection is adorned with a handcrafted red wax seal, stamped with the title “Year of the Horse” in Chinese calligraphy — a symbol of freedom, vitality, and triumphant spirit.
Inside, discover an exquisite selection from our renowned Numbered Collection, from 0 to 11, including the iconic Z chocolates, where luscious caramel meets crunchy hazelnut praliné. The assortment is elevated by three traditional Chinese fortune coins, each bearing the name of a revered emperor and elegantly tied with a crimson ribbon — transforming every box into a talisman of prosperity, ambition, and good fortune.
As you savor the velvety richness of milk chocolate paired with slow-roasted Piedmont hazelnut praliné, or the profound intensity of Venezuelan and Madagascan dark chocolate ganache, allow the bold and dynamic energy of the Horse to guide your sensory journey. This collection bridges Eastern symbolism and Western craftsmanship in a harmonious celebration of movement, excellence, and indulgence.
To fully honor the Lunar New Year celebrations, we recommend placing your order before February 2nd to ensure delivery by February 17th, 2026. Let this refined voyage of flavors and symbols usher success, vitality, and joy into your festivities.
In Chinese tradition, the Horse is a revered Yang symbol, representing strength, freedom, ambition, and progress. Associated with success and positive momentum, it inspires confidence, growth, and new horizons — rewarding those who embrace its powerful and unstoppable energy.
