Wolverhampton is the city in England, in the north-western part of the county of West-Midlends. The town became part of West-Midlends County in 1974 as a result of past reforms and until that time it was part of Staffordshire County. Today the area of the city is 69 km ², from the northwest it joins the ceremonial county of Staffordshire, from the east - the Ouolsoll region, from the south - the Dadli region. The population of the city is over 236 thousand people. The city is under the direction of the City Government comprising sixty deputies, who were elected in twenty districts. The last elections designated 28 places in the City Government for the Labour Party. Wolverhampton is one of Britain's most beautiful cities. The University has great significance for the city, and although it was founded only in 1992, already plays quite important role among all higher education institutions in Britain. In 1997 at the University there were two educational centres for improving the efficiency of the study process, which have libraries, audio rooms, video rooms, computer classes.
