Holiday Signature 12-PC
Assortment of 12 traditional macarons for Christmas
Step into a regal holiday indulgence that echoes the opulent feasts of 16th-century French royalty. Inspired by the festive spirit and the spellbinding influence of Catherine de Médicis, zChocolat elevates the traditional French macaron to new pinnacles of seasonal gastronomic artistry. This Signature Assortment is your curated passport to France's most cherished holiday dessert, meticulously crafted by a symphony of 10 master pastry chefs in the time-honored tradition of French patisserie.
This Yuletide medley includes six pairs of iconic flavors designed to warm the winter season: velvety vanilla, sumptuous caramel, luxurious chocolate, earthy pistachio, aromatic coffee, and tangy raspberry. Each pair invites you to savor your favorite flavor not just once, but twice—like a second bite of Christmas heaven.
Externally, our macarons are winter masterpieces. Each shell boasts a glossy, jewel-like surface that contrasts elegantly with its ruffled base—the artisanal hallmark of an authentic French macaron. This frilly flourish, affectionately known as the "foot," adds a playful layer of texture, perfect for holiday revelry.
Intricately balanced, the macaron shells are fashioned from the finest ingredients sourced from around the globe. Italian meringue provides the structure, while Californian almonds impart a gentle, nuanced flavor, and Valencia almonds enrich the experience with their unparalleled creamy texture. The creation of each macaron shell is a ritual—an alchemy of expertise, precision, and passion. Ten seasoned pastry chefs labor intensively to achieve an ideal harmony where the shell yields effortlessly with a tender crack, yet remains resilient enough to not crumble, guiding your taste buds seamlessly to the delectable core: the filling.
At the heart of each macaron lies a Christmas treasure—a symphony of either velvety buttercream, sultry ganaches, or vibrant, fresh fruit jams. A feast in each bite, our zMacarons are generous holiday offerings, weighing in at a luxurious 17g, defying the industry norm of 14/15g. They offer not overpowering sweetness but a balanced holiday melody between almond flour and sumptuous fillings.
Enhance any holiday celebration—or gift yourself this seasonal luxury. This collection not only captivates your taste buds but also leaves an everlasting imprint on your culinary soul. Consider it a curated experience, a royal gateway to the unparalleled world of zChocolat's festive macaron offerings. Perfect as a Christmas gift or as a personal holiday indulgence, this selection stands as a high note in French culinary craftsmanship.
