The 2018 International Chocolate Awards World Final was held in one of the most outstanding historical palaces of Florence, Palazzo Ximènes-Panciatichi, on Saturday 17 November, 2018. The Gala Party event in the centre of Florence featured fine dining and typical Italian food prepared by renowned Sicilian chef, pastry chef and Ambassador for ‘Italianity’ Corrado Assenza along with other famous Tuscan chefs. 250 people attended the event including all national winners from 20 different countries who were allowed to compete for the world final.
