Each box is laden with one or several assortments, according to its size. These preselected assortments have been composed to offer a wide array of flavors catering to anyone’s taste. However, if you or your recipient would prefer a different assortment, you may replace the default assortments with any of our pre-selected assortments below, or even create your own custom combination by selecting the personalized assortment option, – allowing you to handpick each chocolate.
The personalized assortment
Our personalized assortment allows you to create your own selection by handpicking your favorite chocolates individually. If this is a gift, take advantage of our numbered chocolates and give a meaning to your assortment by “writing-out” a year, a birthdate, a phone number, or even a meaningful numeric code.

This selection features our 15 most traditional chocolates numbered from 0 to 11 including 3 of our ever-famous Z pieces: a combination of a crunchy praliné with sweet and salty caramel. Discover our other popular savors such as a Venezuelan dark chocolate ganache, a gianduja and hazelnut praliné or a rich raspberry ganache covered in premium dark chocolate. It also includes several more enticing pieces such as a passion fruit caramel covered in a blanket of smooth milk chocolate or a vanilla ganache infused with lavender. This unique, gourmet selection of chocolates numbered 12 through 24, represents an assembly of popular tastes along with additional exotic savors. The more familiar flavors include milk chocolate with orange, a milk chocolate ganache, and a coffee ganache. The more exotic numbers are comprised of several rousing flavors and ingredients: Sri Lankan coconut, lemon, rose, coriander, Iranian pistachio and violet.
