How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Our chocolates are made from high-quality, all-natural ingredients, and are completely preservative free. Although they will remain fresh for 3 weeks after delivery, we recommend your customer receive them within a week of delivery to allow an optimal period of time to enjoy them.

Do your chocolates contain alcohol
or animal fat?

None of our gourmet chocolates contain alcohol or animal fat (except the "Amore").

Are your chocolates Kosher?

Our chocolates are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients, however they are not certified Kosher.

Do you guarantee that my chocolates will be delivered in excellent condition?

Always. When necessary, our packages are shipped with our international summer packaging, which guarantees that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition anywhere in the world. This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. There is no action required on your part and this service is complimentary. If for any reason your chocolates are not delivered in perfect condition, we will replace your order immediately.

How complicated is
the ordering process?

We’ve made the ordering process extremely easy. Each time you want to order one or more customized chocolate boxes, simply email us this order form, which includes your customer’s name, personal message and delivery address. Upon receipt, your order is automatically recorded and a confirmation is emailed back to you.

In which currency will you charge me?

You will be charged in euros (EUR). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge of your credit card statement may differ slightly from the charge shown on our website due to daily fluctuations in exchange rates or credit card company policies.

How quickly can you provide
customized boxes?

We make quick turnaround and fast delivery a priority as we know how your time is precious. If your order is placed before 2pm Central European Time, your customised gift will be shipped the same day - either to you, or directly to your client.

Are your chocolates Halal?

Our chocolates are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients, however they are not certified Halal.

Are there minimum order requirements or contract commitments?

We never lock you into a contract or force you to meet minimum order requirements. In fact, you can end your relationship with zChocolat at any time.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as wire transfers, Paypal and personal checks (in US dollars or euros).

How can I ship to
multiple gift recipients?

Download our multiple recipient order form, to simplify the ordering process when sending to multiple addresses. Director of Institutional Sales, Nathalie Bach is always on hand, simply email your spreadsheet to nathalie.bach@zchocolat.com and all that's left for you to do is finalize the payment.

What information do you include with your product?

All zChocolat products are delivered with a booklet containing detailed descriptions of each chocolate, as well as educational material on how to taste and store our chocolates. We never include any invoices, or commercial or sales material in our packages.

Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, companies, etc.?

Absolutely. The reception desk will sign for the package and notify your recipient.
