Large Z: “Allow yourself to be charmed by this gold-dusted moiré shell, which bestows velvety texture and notes of leather to this dark chocolate. Hidden inside is a fine layer of lightly salted caramel enhanced with Bourbon vanilla. Then a rich core beckons, with its generous, smooth taste, adorned with big chunks of divine hazelnut from Piedmont, like fragments of gems, to complement and improve the fullness of the flavor. Tonight, there is a ball in Venice. Let’s wear an evening gown.”
Large Z Pépites: “This big Z brings together the extreme delicacy of its shell and its bold, rich core bursting with almonds from Valencia, which are rightfully called “the Jewels of Valencia”. The magnificent and flavorsome hazelnut praline from Piedmont is the initial full-bodied flavor on the palate, followed by a delicate puff pastry composed of homemade butter crêpes dentelles, that twirl then burst in the mouth.
