A divine heart of 62% dark ganache surrounded by a Venezuelan and Madagascan blend 70% dark chocolate covers a delicate ganache infused with ginger, enclosed in a velvety white chocolate couverture, dressed in red. This is the only chocolate to contain animal-fat.

White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: GMO-free soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, flavouring), 70% dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: GMO-free soya lecithin), cream, unsweetened semi-skimmed milk, stabilizer: sorbitol, invert sugar, butter, dextrose, glucose syrup, coloring agent E120, ginger.
Contains soya, milk and sulfites. May contain traces of nuts, peanut, sesame, gluten and egg. This chocolate is our only chocolate containing artificial coloring E120 which is derived from an insect (cochineal).
