We charge a USD17.63 flat fee per recipient for delivery in the United States of America regardless of the size of your order. Whether you order one box of chocolate or 100, the shipping fee remains the same for each delivery location in the United States of America.

If you place your order now, we will ship on Monday, February 06, 2012 and your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Delivery will most likely take place between 9am and noon local time. Orders received before 9:30 am GMT (it is currently 12:48:47 PM GMT), are shipped the same day. Orders received after 9:30 am GMT are shipped the next business day. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery and that DHL does not deliver on weekends and holidays.

A delivery receipt is emailed to your attention within 3 hours of delivery and includes the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery in the United States of America. You may also check on the progress of your shipment on our website with your order number or on DHL's website with your Air Way Bill number.

We are aware of the local weather in the United States of America and will use special summer packaging should the local temperature exceed 68° F or 20° C. Your chocolates are guaranteed to be delivered in perfect condition throughout the year.

| Fuel Surcharge |

Beginning in December 2002, DHL, our international shipping carrier, like all other shipping carriers, instituted a "fuel cost" related surcharge on all shipments. This fuel surcharge is added to your shipping cost. zChocolat.com is committed to keeping our shipping rates as competitive as possible for our customers and we have successfully negotiated what we believe to be the best terms and pricing possible with any international shipping carrier. We do not make any money on shipping costs. Our goal is merely to pass the lowest possible shipping expense through to buyers. The fuel srucharge is currently USD3.95 per product purchased. Hopefully fuel surcharges will begin to recede or be eliminated allowing us to reduce or eliminate this added expense. Thank you for your understanding.
