We deliver overnight and charge a flat fee of $18.19 (£11.56 | €13.64) per order plus a $4.00 fuel surcharge (£2.54 | €3.00) per gift purchased. Shipping in the UK is complimentary if you order a minimum of 5 gifts for delivery to a single address ;-).
