Shipping rates & timing in Sri Lanka

We deliver within 3 business days and charge a flat fee of $37.92 (£24.27 | €28.35) per order plus a $4.01 fuel surcharge (£2.57 | €3.00) per gift purchased. Shipping in Sri Lanka is complimentary if you order a minimum of 5 gifts for delivery to a single address ;-). Please note that if at all possible we may ship your chocolates a day early to anticipate possible delays when shipping to Sri Lanka.

Customs duties in Sri Lanka

Local duties and tariffs may be applicable upon delivery in Sri Lanka. Such fees are not applied systematically and cannot be assessed in advance because they vary widely from 5% to 73% of the total declared value (invoice amount less shipping charge). If you send our chocolates as gifts, we make absolutely certain that your gift recipient does not pay any taxes upon delivery. We ship Delivery Duties Paid to Sri Lanka. If a duty fee is applied, we pay it on your behalf when making entry in Sri Lanka and bill you separately upon receipt of the local customs invoice several weeks after delivery. An invoice is sent to you via email at such time. Please note that in some instances, the custom clearance process may delay delivery. Based on our experience, there is a 50% chance that your chocolates will be taxed.
