PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED ALL SHIPMENTS TO CUBA:
Please note that given the difficulties imposed by local customs, we have stopped shipping to Cuba. Indeed, customs will hold your package for a sanitary inspection and request a Consular Invoice from your recipient. It will be issued by the Cuban consulate and costs between 80 USD to 100 USD. We are not authorized to provide this paperwork or the associated fees on behalf of your recipient. Once the documents and fees are provided, customs clearance may take an additional 5-7 days. We will resume shipping as soon as the current clearance process is streamlined. Thank you for your understanding and your trust.
