A personalized service

If you are late for a gift or not absolutely certain it will arrive on the appointed date, use our concierge services to notify your recipient that a very important gift is on its way. We offer a choice of two notification methods: a phone call from a zChocolat concierge or an email sent from zChocolat.com. For both options, you control the content of the message and decide when to have your gift recipient contacted, including weekends and holidays. Most gift recipients appreciate this service, which adds the perfect touch of style to your gourmet delivery.


 

The concierge call

Our concierge contacts your recipient by telephone on the selected date between 8 am and 6 pm local time. The content of the gift is not revealed unless you ask otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your recipient has been contacted or in the case our concierge cannot reach them. A same-day concierge call must be programmed before 6 pm GMT+1. To use this service, click on the "My concierge services" option located in the menu bar on the right side of the product page and select the "Phone Call" option. From there, you may pick the contact date, your recipient's language and enter any additional special requests.

The concierge email

Concierge emails are sent to your recipient by zChocolat to let you communicate the message of your choice before they receive their gift. These emails are sent at 9am local time on the selected date. For a same-day concierge email, the message is sent out within the hour after your order has been validated. The email is expedited under the name "zChocolat" with the address "concierge@zchocolat.com". You will receive a copy of the email sent as well as a confirmation that it has been read by your recipient. Most boxes are delivered between 9am and 12pm local time, therefore your recipient will most likely read the email not long before receiving the gift. To benefit from this service, click on the "My concierge services" option located in the menu bar on the right side of the product page and select the "Email" choice. You may then choose the sending-out date and change the suggested message if you feel necessary. Click save to record these changes. Scheduling a concierge email is free of charge.

Scheduling a concierge email is free of charge. There is a supplement of USD 12.01 for a concierge phone call. VIP members benefit from a 15% discount.
