| This 4-inch wide chocolate masterpiece made of half a pound of pure love and refinement is a genuine declaration of love. Handmade by World Champion Chocolatier Pascal Caffet, this beautiful heart contains a subtle marriage between the softness of the praline and the crunchiness of the whole caramelized hazelnuts from Piedmont, Italy. We consider it to be the most delicious praline in the world. Its chocolate couverture is also one of the finest. It is made of 70% Venezuelan chocolate from the Carupano region with "Carenero superior" grade cocoa beans from the Criollo variety. Aromas are bright, spicy and flowery with an outstanding length that ends on a slightly bitter note. This jewel is presented in a sumptuous mahogany box carved with a gold inlaid heart and handcrafted in the Jura region of France. |

Long & lasting
If your Valentine has never received one of our mahogany boxes before, we would recommend our Touché box which comes in 3 sizes: Touché, Touché X2 and Touché Deluxe. Each box is a keepsake and can be refilled at any time throughout the year. It was handmade in the Jura region of France and requires over 30 different operations to assemble. The lid has been carved with an inlaid golden heart that we saved and included with your gift.
Valentine's Day delivery
You cannot afford to be late on Valentine's Day, timing is everything. We recommend placing your order early for delivery on Valentine's Day (Tuesday February 14th). In case it arrives a day earlier, the package will include a label on the outside, "To be opened on Valentine's Day Only".

Our international summer packaging guarantees that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition anywhere in the world. This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. Upon review of your order, a customer service representative will decide to use our summer packaging based on your recipient's local weather and temperature.
