We charge a flat fee regardless of the size of your order. However, shipping is complimentary if you order a minimum of 10 gifts for delivery to a single address ;-).
Pro-active Real-Time Tracking
We will keep you informed of the progress of your international shipment each step of the way from the time you place your order online until final delivery. A delivery receipt is emailed to your attention within 3 hours of delivery in Tanzania and includes the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery. Summer Packaging
Our summer packaging guarantees that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition anywhere in Tanzania. This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. Upon review of your order, a customer service representative will decide to use our summer packaging based on your recipient's local weather and temperature.
