If we receive your order before 8AM GMT+1 your order ships the same day, otherwise next business day. Your order will be delivered in Germany overnight. Delivery will most likely take place between 9am and noon local time.

We charge a flat fee per recipient for delivery in Germany regardless of the size of your order. Whether you order one box of chocolate or 100, the shipping fee remains the same for each delivery location in Germany.

We are aware of the local weather in Germany and will use special summer packaging should the temperature exceed 68° F or 20° C. Your chocolates are guaranteed to be delivered in perfect condition throughout the year.

The Value added tax (VAT) is a sales tax levied on the sale of goods and services for all deliveries in The EEC. It is therefore applicable in Germany. The tax rate varies from 5.5% to 19.6% based on the product you choose. The VAT is displayed in your shopping cart and upon check out.

| How do I track my package? |
We will keep you informed of the progress of your shipment from the time you place your order until final delivery in Germany. A delivery receipt is emailed to your attention within 3 hours of delivery and includes the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery in Germany. You may also check on the progress on our website with your order number or on DHL's website with your Air Way Bill number.
