| How do I track my package? |

We will keep you informed of the progress of your shipment from the time you place your order until final delivery in the Czech Republic. A delivery receipt is emailed to your attention within 3 hours of delivery and includes the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery in the Czech Republic. You may also check on the progress on our website with your order number or on DHL's website with your Air Way Bill number.
