Our summer packaging guarantees that your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition in China. This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. Upon review of your order, a customer service representative will decide to use our summer packaging based on China local weather and temperature at the time of delivery. There is no action required on your part and this service is complimentary.

What is the shipping rate
to China?
We charge a flat fee per recipient for all gift deliveries in China regardless of the size of your order. Whether you order one box of chocolate or 100, the shipping fee remains the same for each delivery location in China.
How do I track my gift delivery?
We will keep you informed of the progress of your shipment from the time you place your order until final delivery in China. A delivery receipt is emailed to your attention within 3 hours of delivery and includes the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery in China. You may also check on the progress on our website with your order number or on DHL's website with your Air Way Bill number given to you when you placed your order.
